My Story 35 years and counting
Raised on a farm in central PA, my roots run deep in the region. Since 1997, I've proudly called Lebanon County home. I first ventured into the dynamic world of real estate in 1989 in Lancaster County, specializing in residential and farm properties. In 2002, I took a bold step by establishing a marketing company that has since been a driving force behind marketing of my real estate listings.
Specializing in serving seniors, my expertise lies in guiding individuals through pivotal life transitions – whether it's the decision to downsize, relocate, age in place, or explore independent and retirement communities. Alternatively, I am well-versed in providing compassionate support to those navigating the challenging journey of helping elderly parents or loved ones transition into assisted living or nursing home communities.

In 2014, my mother came to live with us as she faced the challenges of dementia, opening my eyes to the myriad complexities of senior care. From navigating government-funded services to handling health concerns, financial matters, and even securing Veteran's Benefits, the journey was a comprehensive lesson. In 2018, she moved to a remarkable memory-care facility, bringing relief and cherished moments of connection. However, the pandemic brought unforeseen changes in 2021, altering her living situation and necessitating urgent searches for skilled nursing options. After a relentless pursuit, we found a suitable community in April 2023. Surprisingly, the move revitalized her spirit; she's content, engaged, and cherished in her new home. The interactions, smiles, and bonds she forms within the community are a testament to her resilience and the dedicated care she receives from both residents and staff.
